Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

H pylori infection may cause gastritis which may lead to nausea and vomiting. Other possibilities like stomach outlet obstruction in malignancy or irritable bowel syndrome or peptic ulcer disease or food Intolerance etc. You may need ultrasound abdomen and upper GI scopy. Take soft diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol, smoking. Use tablet Zofer twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
