What Causes Severe Vomiting While Having Listeria?

My friend had a stroke 10 months ago. He has issues with lupus, gout, multiple myeloma, and was diagnosed with listeria at the time. Now he small sips vomits after every meal...even after small sips of fluids. He had a trach tube and feeding tube during the stay in the hospital.

I evaluated your concern in depth .
@ Reason for vomiting is gastric pH imbalance / gastritis / gastric erosions /
gastric ulcer / duodenal ulcer following listeria infection or even central
cause with lowered immunity & altered hormonal status widely .
@ Highly recommended to give
Mouth dissolving tab. Zofran (4)mg
Cap. Prilosec (20)mg
both on empty stomach 1 hour prior to breakfast & dinner
primary for 5-7 days with follow up dosage adjustments according to
the control of vomiting .
@ Along with this keep control over dietary restrictions as per guidelines of
your dietician , regular walking , exercises, YOGA help
