What Causes Severe Vaginal Itching?
Hi doctor Hwr u Hwz ur day My problem is very severe I M 32 yrs of age married with no kids. Since few months I M suffering with severe vaginal itching swelling and discharge with fishy smell and I used surfaz tube but no use now dis infection spread n I hav itching around anus n sum liquid discharge there too I have severe lower abdominal n back pain please help m helpless

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to bacterial vaginosis. It can be ruled out by doing a swab test. If you were my patient for this condition then I would suggest using vaginal suppository containing combination of antibiotic like clindamycin or metroidazole with anti fungal agents like clotrimazole. I would also recommend using intimate wash daily to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH to avoid such infections.
