What Causes Severe Vaginal Bleeding, Abdominal Cramps And Dizziness?
Hello. I recently got put on birth control(feb 10) for continuous 4 weeks in, no period week. I started lightly bleeding on February 24 and it s just gotten heavier and lighter in color. I contacted my doctor and they didn t know what was wrong so they just told me to take the nuvaring out and wait 7 days for it to stop bleeding before calling back in. The bleeding and cramps are so severe that I ve been feeling dizzy and I can t do much because everything fatigues me. What should I do

Hi, I think it can be a side effect of nuvaring. You can take some medicines like Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. Also take some iron supplements. Do a urine pregnancy test at home just to rule out pregnancy even if there is very little possibility. Sometimes it can be a sign of pregnancy.
