What Causes Severe Swelling With Pins And Needles Feeling In The Right Leg?

My right leg (only the right leg) has been swollen for several weeks. I ve been to the doctor but they say there is nothing wrong. Swelling goes down a little at night. Slight pins and needle feeling. All blood work came back good. Had ekg - good - had ultrasound of heart - good.
