Hi,

You must see an internist for a good examination. Why? That swelling that you mention in feet, legs, arms and hands, and the mention that you are taking several medicines, makes me think of Anasarca (it is a type of edema or excessive accumulation of fluid throughout the body).

This manifestation can be caused by: Congestive Heart Failure, Heptatic Pathology (Cirrhosis), and Renal Insufficiency, among other causes. However, it is necessary to see, touch and give an interpretation (examine), as well as obtain certain data from the anamnesis of every patient to obtain an accurate diagnosis (with the necessary complementary studies) and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
