What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Nausea And Diarrhea With Peptic Ulcer?

I had some severe stomach cramping, nausea, HA, diarreha, for about 6 days. It went away for about 2 days then came back for another week. I have been feeling better for about a week and a half but now its back again. Same as before. I was DX many years ago with a peptic ulcer. Dont know if this could be it or not. I stopped eating then and will be doing it again now. Only can eat soup. scale from 1-10 for pain. It is a 5.

I appreciate your query, although most of the diarrhea are self limiting and loss of water (Hydration ) would be matter of concern, if the diarrhea continue to happen then it requires attention and treatment because it could be infection and most of the time it could be protozoa infection, I would suggest Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 7 days, old history of ulcer is nothing to do with diarrhea unless it is being correlated clinically, for abdomen pain Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried, hope this information helps.
