What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Intestinal Gas In The Morning?

Male 66 years old every morning has stomach pain and lots of gas. Vary frequent bowel movements with loose stool and oily discharge. X ray of stomach was normal, lab work is normal, and ova and parasite stool cultures were normal. Lasts from when he gets up in the morning around 8 or 9 in the morning to about noon. When ever he rises out of bed.

I have gone through your query and understands your concern.
I think you must be having bloating while getting up from the bed. If a patient comes in my clinic for the above problem I would suggest him Cp. lupizyme thrice a day. and T. Razo-D 40 mg before food, Enterogermina ampules thrice a day. Since these medicines are prescription medication please discuss with your local doctor before taking them. Along with this please follow below guidelines to get rid of this problem.
1. Eat your last meal early at 8 pm at night.
2. Go to bed after atleast 2 hours after meal.
3. Do not drink water 40 minutes before and 1 hour after having food.
4. Exercise atleast 40 minutes a day.( Walking)
T. Avoid Nonveg, spices, fried food altogether.
Try these remedies and left me know after a week.
