What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Headache While Fasting?

I’ve been having sharp stomach pains (only when stomach is empty), nausea, and throbbing headaches (the kind that feel like you head is going to explode when you sneeze) that don’t really respond to Advil or Tylenol, and tiredness. This has been going on for 4-5 days. The stomach pains seem to be easing but the headaches are getting worse. Advice?
