What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Constipation In An Alcoholic?

My daughter, 49 years old, has been having severe stomach issues for the last four days. She is an alcoholic. Trying to stop drinking without much success. I found out today that she has been drinking again. She already has her kidneys compromised and now I am concerned that she is having pancreas issues as well. She is vomiting, the runs and sometimes constipation. She refuses to go to a hospital because she is afraid. Does this sound like it could be her pancreas. The pain is on the left lower side of the stomach. Please advise.

I read carefully dhe concerns of your daughter, and I'm sorry for her.
I don't know exactly how much she drink, and if it's happens from a long time, but I can say that abusing with alcohol can damage the stomac, the liver , the kidney , the pancreas and the splenium, and also can make a person alcool dependent.
She need a consult with a specialist, first to stop drinking( there are some centers that help people stop drinking),and sure make some examinations, like a ultrasound, where the specialist see all the organs I mention , and a blood test, examinations that indicate the function of liver, kidney and pancreas!
I think you are in time to make something good for yuor daughter!
