What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Taking Ibuprofen?

I m dumb and took 12 ibuprofen at once. I took them an hour ago. I took them with applesauce and carrots. They re 200mg a piece. AM I OK? I am a healthy active 20 year old. Please don t ask question just reassure me I will be ok. Rumor has it it ll be rough stomach pains but nothing fatal.

Maximum allowed daily dose of Ibuprofen is 2400 mg which you consumed in one sitting. This dose is not life threatening. However, it can lead to severe gastritis, hypotension, seizures and breathing difficulties.
Activated charcoal if used within 1 hour of ingestion will reduce its absorption from stomach.Proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole reduce gastritis.
Please be advised to seek immediate care at nearest emergency room for proper care. Timely management will reduce incidence of complications.
