The irritation still persists in my stomach. What could be the possible reason for this??the paneer?? Please advice
The symptoms you are experiencing soon after eating a certain meal can be due to food poisoning. Generally, it is self-limiting and should be better in 1-2 days. Meanwhile, you need to take oral rehydration solutions in frequent small amounts (ORS, these are over the counter in pharmacies). If you are not able to keep anything in or you are any worse you will need to go to the hospital and see the need for infusion.
I hope this answers your query and is helpful to you. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
