What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain While On Zyflamend With Lasix For Bursitis?

92 year old mother with history of bursitis (had to have bursa aspirated on several occasions) diagnosed with CHF one year ago and on Xarelto and lasix. She had been taking Zyflamend as anti-inflammatory with good results but assisted living dr. took her off 3 weeks ago stating the ginger in the supplement was affecting the Lasix (weight up and down). Mother has severe pain in her shoulders now; unable to participate in activities and getting depressed. Is there any type of anti-inflammatory drug that will not affect Xarelto and Lasix?
