Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
Hope this will help you
The signs you are mentioning is a condition called atopic dermatitis of hands or hand eczema that occurs due to excessive washing and use of soaps or detergents or any other chemical containing materials in daily use.
Dont worry many people can have this condition. You need to keep using the creams. They will start having effect sooner.Avoid excessive hand washing with soap or any other detergent.Avoid dish washing and laundry. If you need to do laundry or dish washing, wear cotton gloves beneath rubber gloves.Relax and wait for the results.keep taking these precautions.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ashakiran S's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Generally, skin lesions takes a longer time to heal. Hence you can not expect to get better in about 4 days.
What the doctor has prescribed is right for your condition. It takes about 2 weeks to see for the proper response. Kindly continue to use them as suggested. You can change Lobate cream to Lobate-GM. You can apply moisturizer cream or lotion at bed time in addition.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
