What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain, Back Pain And Vaginal Discharge?
I have been having severe abdominal pains.laparatomy was done in 2014 for removal of ovarian cysts.everytime I go to the hospital for scanning they told me I have ovarian cysts.now the condition is getting worse.am having severe pelvic pain, backache and my vaginal discharge has completely changed its color from normal to yellowish and sometimes its thick.sometimes looks like cream white but comes in large amount.few days ago I was given cotrimaazole pessaries to insert when I go to sleep.when doing that I found a pinkish vaginal discharge on my cervix soon after removing the applicator.i chek in the morning of the other day and I found little pinkish somehow looks like bloody mixed discharge.am stranded pliz help me.

As per my surgical experience, the chronic pelvic pain, back ache with white pink vaginal discharge are suggestive of pelvic inflammatory diseases as that may be secondary to recurrent bacterial (Chlamydia or else), fungal infection; endometriosis or others.
Certain ovarian tumors can pause estrogen secretion from endometrial surface and give similar presentation as well even in absence of infection. It would be better on clinical grounds to co relate the results of CT scan of abdomen & pelvis, biopsy reports with these symptoms for better guidelines during further correspondence.
