I had an endometrial ablation in October 2015 and haven t had a period or cramps since. Today, December 2016, I began having severe pelvic pain (like menstrual cramps, with the occasional stabbing pain near my ovaries) and started bleeding. I also have a long history of ovarian cysts and abnormal pap-smears. My doctor can t see me for 2 weeks. Any ideas what could be causing this sudden onset of pain and bleeding? Should I go to the ER.
