What Causes Severe Pain Under The Rib Cage?

I had gallbladder removal surgery along with umbilical hernia repair seven days ago and I have an excruciating pain underneath my left rib cage that radiates down my side to my growing area and then through to my back it s unbearable right about now and I can t really move and I don t think I had any I just ate like an hour to ago I don t know if that has any but it just started happening today

Post surgery generally there is pain of mild degree for few months due to healing process underneath. but if you are having pain of such severe for then you should go for an USG abdomen
