What Causes Severe Pain On Left-sided Abdomen, Index Finger And Thumb?

a couple years ago I had my neck fused and replaced disks from c2 to c6. Now I again am having intense pain on left side shooting pain and electricity like shooting into index finger and thumb. I have started droping things and have been incontinent a few times bladder wise. Am I looking at more surgery? The pain is radiating from 7 and 8

Hi,

The problem in your index finger & thumb seems to be following nerve root pressure symptoms by cervical vertebrae. Which may require medications, physiotherapy /surgery as per the spinal surgeon's advise.

Urine incontinence you have might come from associated bladder infection/involvement of Lowe lumber & Sangram vertebrae pressing on nerves supplying bladder musculature.

The cause would be finalized by urine testing or MRI of Lumbosacral spine followed by cause-specific treatment.
