My brother has been having middle upper abdominal pain said he coughed about two weeks, For the last four days has not had a solid bowel movement since. His stool is clear and watery with different colored tints to it. He had an alcer about four or five years ago but took care of it with medication. He is having acute attack with sharp pains at random times to the point he can not sit, he would have to stop and walk the pain off for 10-15 min. He says he is scared to cough. The acute attack only happened once but he can still feeling where the pain was that he could never feel before. He drinks occasionally but it does not seem to upset him, He also eats less and feels full.
