What Causes Severe Pain In The Testicles Post Masturbation?

Hi
I feel severel pain in my testicles After sex or masterbation .Pain doesn't start immediately . It starts after a day of activity. And I feel so tired and exhousted for next 24-48 hours. I get full body pain and then I have to take painkillers to stop the pain. Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Testicular pain what you are noticing following masturbation or having intercourse could be due to inflammation of testis or epididymis.
There could be a possibility of presence of infection along with it.
Kindly get a urine routine examination to look for urinary tract infection and get a scrotal ultrasound scan to know for the presence of infection.
You may need to take a course of oral antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory analgesic medication to overcome the same.
Also, during this period while you are on medication, you need to abstain from sexual activities.
It would be ideal for you to space the frequency of masturbation and having intercourse to avoid such problems in future.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management.
