What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Eye?
I was crying for about an hour or two, and about half an hour ago I stopped. A few minutes after I had stopped I got a very sharp pain in my right eye that feels like its coming from behind my tear duct. Do you know what this could be or how I could treat it? I ve taken pain medication but it hasn t worked.

Its the possibility of being some inflammation either in the orbit or the lacrimal gland .
I would recomand seeing your ophthalmologist if the pain becomes prolonged. You can use some topical antiinflamator
