General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you have fever, pain throat & difficulty in swallowing you having a viral infection. Visit ENT & get physically examined. You may have pharyngitis for which you need antibiotics (Doxt-100), Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Antihistamines & Listerine water for gargling. Taking medications under a consultant.

Snoring can be due to enlarged Tonsillitis, Adenoids, extra soft tissue in your throat or long uvula. Get evaluated, get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
