What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Stomach?

So, for the last 8 months I have had severe lower back pains and stomach pains. I have the implanon in worked fantastic for 18 months I got no period. Now I get my period 21 days a month, I have put on weight. I am not pregnant, I made my doctor give me a referral to finish as he thinks it s just my contraception causing it.im await swabs and blood test result, I just had a pelvic ultrasound done both internal and external. My right ovary (9.03m3)(2.88 3.81 1.56)cm has many black circles and shapes in it distance A 8.99mm. Left ovary can barely see a clear image of (9.7cm3)(3.45,2.74,1.95)cm also measured at 5cm3 (2.55,1.93,1.95)cm inside left ovary distance A 7.5mm . Also an endometrium of 2.33mm . Right ovary is oval left ovary is is really not a shape.

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.

For that you can take tablet motrin. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment. Heating pads will also help.

In case of not getting relief, you may require MRI back after consultation

Along with that avoid hot and spicy foods. Take light foods
