What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

i have a severe pain in my lower right abdoman. Scan showed liver, kidneys, and blood work showed everything in good shape. Still have pain. Have a colonscopy scheduled to check for scaring or return of colon cancer. Was cancer free 5 years in 2013. Am concerned about the problem. Any ideas?

I think there is no reason to get panic about. It may be of appendisitis as appendix is aituated in right lower abdomen. Rectum does not extend to the right lower abdomen.
