What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Frequent Urination?

67 yr old, with all symptoms of bladder infection, except for, fever or cloudy urine. Had bladder surgery 28 yrs ago for bladder reflux to kidney. Was plagued with kidney infections since birth before operation. At present time I have severe pain in very lower part of belly, frequent urination, burning, and very cagey body pain. I also have 3 supposedly begin ovarian cysts that have not gone away. I have been very fatigued and achy.
