What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Back?
I often experience horrible pain in my lower abdomen and low back that can only be compared to labor in description. I ve gone to the ER before to rule out kidney stones, they did not find the cause. I do have IBS, and take Linzess and Bentyl. The pain wakes me up, and I m exhausted from dealing with it.

Get a USG abdomen done. It can be a urinary calculus or pelvic infection or severe urinary tract infection.
