General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to nerve compression or vascular related like compression or block in main artery. A physical examination by orthopedician or General surgeon will be helpful to get clue and MRI and doppler examination might be required to confirm it. In case of nerve compression syndrome physiotherapy, exercises ,muscle relaxants and neurotropic drugs will be helpful. If it is vascular block or compression then surgical correction will be needed.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
