What Causes Severe Pain In The Legs And Upper Back?
Hi I was told i have sinus rhinitis, nasal passages are plugged on & off thru the day, l get aches in my legs & shoulders & mid upper back, cloudy head sometimes cant drive. are these all symptoms of sinus rhinitis. I had this 2 years ago & it ent a way now 2 years later its back

It is nothing but a prodormal pain of viral fever.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
