Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The Ibandronate has very common side effect as limb and joint pains. I strongly recommend to discontinue the drug and consult your obstetrician-gynecologist for a change. Till that time, maintain your hydration with plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
