What Causes Severe Pain In The Joints And The Leg?

I m having severe leg pain that includes bone and joint pain as well as the sensation that a tube or something is being moved from my feet up my leg through my veins. The joint pain in constant, the vein pain is intermittent. I do not see any red or hot areas on my legs suggesting clots. My leg muscles are also very tender to the touch.
