What Causes Severe Pain In The Balls Of My Feet?
It feels like I have a rock on the balls of my feet. Every step is painful. Have been bothered with this on and off for a few months but it has gotten a lot worse over the last 3-4 days. I do Jazzercize 5 days a week. What can I do to relieve the pain?
