What Causes Severe Pain In The Back And Joints?

I have chronic back pain and systemic pain both muscles and joints, also have severe bunion on one foot and was just wondering if there could be something unifying all these conditions that I should look into. I am tired of hurting all the time, I have tried Neurontin and it doesn t help enough and leaves me feeling lethargic. Was wondering if you have any thoughts on this

Hello,

You may be having generalised symptoms. you need to be evaluated for chronic fatigue syndrome or insomnia or fibromyalgia or connective tissue disorders or rheumatoid arthritis or lumbar spondylosis with compressive neuropthy etc.

Please get it done xray lumbar spine, ESR, ANA, hemoglobin, ESR, CRP,serum creatinine and electrolytes. Thyroid profile and vitamin d levels. Then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
