I have sever pain in the area of bulbourethral gland which increases in severity when there is pressure orignating from the rectum also post ejaculation . The condition commenced 3 years ago. All investigation are normal including CBC , ESR , PSA , urine analysis , Prostate secretion, Pelvic ultrasonography , Transrectal ultrasonography C&S for urine and also for Prostate secretion.The origin of pain is confusing , rectal , urethral , perinea, but difinitly among the urethra at the bolb of the penis..
