General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suppose you may be suffering from inflammatory bowel disease. You need further evaluation.

You may need to do a colonoscopy to determine the conditions of the colon and if you need any treatment.

Try to avoid spicy foods, fatty foods and fiber-rich food.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
