What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen Along With Erectile Dysfunction?

hello doctor, i am suffering from severe stomach, pain, i did endoscopy, found in h.pylori infection , i took sompraz hp kit for 14, for h.pylori infection, & 1 month i took nexpro rd 40 mg for 1 month. Now i taking norflox tz 5 days, & enterogermina, for 5 day s, but still stomach is there, long time my panis not getting full erection, stomach & intestine, problem & affect penis erection, please clarify my doubt.

Hi,

The gastrointestinal symptoms are due to H pylori infection. The infection clears up after completing a course of anti-H pylori antimicrobials. Difficulty in getting a penile erection is probably not due to gastrointestinal infection.

I suggest you consult a urologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
