I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A VARACELE, LEFT TESTE, ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO. I AM INCREASINGLY FINDING IT UNCOMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY BENDING. I MORE OFTEN CATCH THE BALL SACK WITH THE OBVIOUS FEELING THAT I HAVE BEEN KICKED. IS THIS NOW NORMAL? OR SHOULD I BE LOOKING TO GET THIS LOOKED AT AGAIN?

20 years is a long time to have been present and now you have symptoms of getting uncomfortable especially during bending or have pain as if kicked into it.
This is not normal and now you need a clinical evaluation, examination, ultrasonography and color doppler examination to get a confirmed diagnosis and get operated.
