What Causes Severe Pain In Spine And Buttocks?
Hello, so I fell backwards on my butt, it didn t hurt badly until after awhile. It hurt my spine when I bended down and when I sat it hurt my butt. It s been awhile and my spines fine but it still hurts and my butt has a hole not a full one but a hole and a little Broose. Pls help me it doesn t hurt on some things but either way I want the pain to stop!

The symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day to relieve the pain.
I also suggest gentle stretching exercise to relieve the pain.
