What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulders Post Knee Replacement Surgery?

had a TKR in left knee Feb 2015. Have been using my arms & hands to move myself in bed. Now I have severe pain in my rt shoulder & muscle & it is making a loud clicking noise also when I move it.. The oxy I have for pain does not help. what to do? Have also tried heat & ice. No good either.............................
