After going through your question, there is likely possibility of
allergic sinusitis with secondary infection in your case.
There are following possibilities of rib pain -
1) Development of lower
respiratory tract infections. Pleuritic type of
chest pain ie. Pain in ribs with increase in thoracic pressure like coughing, sneezing, deep breathing.
It may be associated with fever, cough with expectoration.
2) Due to persistent sneezing and coughing there might be muscle spasm.
Following test may help in diagnosis and management -
-
Complete Blood Count.
- Chest X-ray.
Depending upon clinical examination and above basic test results further evaluation can be planned.
Till that time
- Take antibiotic as advised.
- Take decongestant like Tab containing anthistaminics,
paracetamol and painkiller along with antacids.
- Steam inhalation.
- Use decongestant nasal drop.
