Hello,

You are suffering from severe pain in your legs. It hurts you , you also feel dizzy due to it. You have not mentioned any thing about your past history. However, leg pain can occur due to various factors like dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, tendinitis, sciatica, spinal stenosis, peripheral artery diseases(PAD), varicose veins, osteoarthritis, RA, peripheral neuropathy, deep vein thrombosis, etc.

You are suggested to take adequate water and fluids to keep your electrolyte balance normal. Make sure your blood pressure and blood glucose level are under control. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, folic acid, magnesium, iron, lean protein, etc. You can also take supplements. Get clinically examined by a GP, get nerve conduction velocity test, imaging tests & blood workouts done. The detected pathology will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any.

When a nerve is affected, a pins-and-needles sensation, tingling, or other nerve-related sensations may occur in the affected leg and may cause dizziness or altered sensation. Avoid standing or sitting at the same place for a prolonged time. Stay active, avoid sedentary lifestyle. To get relieve from pain you can take naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when pain is severe. Always take medicines after food to avoid acid reflux.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
