What Causes Severe Pain In Left Hand And Wrist While Lying Down?
Very intense pain in my left hand (more the back of the hand) and wrist when I lay down.. Then subsides when I return to a upright position. The pain can be very intense and seams to be helped a bit with ibuprofen. It s been lasting for a few night now

your symptoms appear to be related to cervical spine.
It needs to be investigated. Rule out diabetes or any other metabolic disorder.
