What Causes Severe Pain In Knees Radiating Down The Legs?

2015 I was finally diagnosed with Superior Oblique Myokemia. Have been referred to several neurologists, who have tried glaucoma drops, without having glaucoma, tegretol, that caused so many terrible side affects, my pcp allowed me to stop those. My left eye has unexplained, unexpected muscle spasms, that cause double vision. Recently I was referred to Emory, where the neuro ophalmologist, had 5 other drs to come in & watch how my eye was doing. Would dilate when I would look to the left & constrict when I look to the right. He came back moments later, saying I had Conversion Spasms, & relieve stress. My family had to google what that was, because they didn t say. The assistant who took the notes, asked why I began taking paxil, & I told him, to help cope with the loss of my mother. He apologized &went on. He didn t ask how long ago that was, which was 6yrs ago. I feel they based the diagnosis on that alone. I also, have neck stenosis, & recently a spine dr, gave me a heel lift 2cm, to help the extreme curvature in the middle spine. But the heel lift, has caused excruciating pain in both hips, both knees, pain going down left leg, front & back, & back of right leg. I am unable to sleep due to that & constant neck pain. Last yr after bloodwork a neuro dr requested, advised to take Vitamin D3 1000 IU, saying I should feel better. Could you please tell me, what all this crap, that no one has been able to fix, & been put on Long Term Disability since November 2015 & my employer let me go, due to the vision mystery. 1st time in my 47yrs, I haven t worked. I have a 5yr old daughter as well, that trying to read, after 2 kindergarten books, the eye begins spasming. Its hard to explain to her, much less anyone else. But I need help!
