I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. You have a condition called Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PPS) caused by vigorous physical activities that put repeated stress on the knee tendons — such as jogging, squatting, and climbing stairs (also knwon as "runner's knee" or "jumper's knee" because it is common in people who participate in sports). The pain and stiffness it causes can make it difficult to climb stairs, kneel down, and perform other everyday activities. If were your treatment doctor I would prescribe a shot of Voltaren (intramuscular injection), followed by oral analgesics such as paracetamol, ibuprofen for as long as needed.
