What Causes Severe Pain In Chest And Hip Along With Wheezing?

Hi,I have been diagnosed with hyper inflated lungs (by virtue of a chest x-ray) approximately four months ago. I thought it was caused as a result of an infection, but now I am experiencing wheezing and pains in both the left and right side of my chest. The x-ray highlighted no other issues. At the same time, I experienced a severe pain in my hip that has affected my mobility since August, and although it has been intermittent, the pain has got worse. I ve had an MRI on both my hip and back but nothing has been noted by the radiologist. My bowel has also been plagued with pain, although the colonoscopy I had in 2012 was clear. It has had my medical consultants perplexed. I am currently under the care of a back, hip and lung specialist!Could the two conditions be connected or are they definitively independent of each other? And should I just instruct a general consultant who may be able to identify any correlation between the conditions? Many thanks
