What Causes Severe Pain At The Top Of Thigh Bone Below The Buttocks?

What could cause extreme pain at the very top of your thigh bone,right into the bottom of your butt cheek? It really hurts when I try to pock something up from the floor, to sit or especially to get up from sitting. Sitting on that cheek is very painful.

Hello,

I suggest you take Zerodol MR. It may be because of muscle sprain. If pain persists even after taking medication then go for an MRI lumbosacral spine.
