What Causes Severe Pain And Pressure On The Middle Back?
What would cause the center of your back spreading around to your rib cage and it feels like someone is squeezing the life out of you. I also hurt in the very center of my back and also the center of my chest. It is a constant pain the never goes away even while I am taking pain meds to allievate the pain.

I suggest you go to the ER. You may be suffering a heart attack or angina pectoris since you are in such a great pain of back and chest that cannot get better from the usage of anti-inflammatory drugs.
Take nitroglycerine sublingual.
