General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The lump sounds to be soft tissue lesion as lipoma or else. It is not definitely related to the heart.

The associated pain is due to underlying nerve compression causing irritation of the pain carrying fibers of nerve endings.

Immediately consult your surgeon for best relieve from the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
