What Causes Severe Pain And Burning Sensation In Ring Finger?
I have swelling and severe pain in my ring finger of left hand. Also lately am experiencing a burning sensation in that hand and finger. I saw a hand orthopod from Rothman Institute Who advised me through x-ray that it was not a bone problem. He also said that I have a little arthritis in the base of my thumbs. It is impossible to find a GOOD rheumatologist in my area of NJ until August. Should I see a neurologists at this time?

Please do not panic, do some finger press exercises and if you are using the computer too frequently then give some rest
take few pain killers if you have too much pain and do some relaxation/meditation when ever you get free time
