What Causes Severe Nausea?

I ve been severely nauseas for 3 days now. I m taking Zofran which has helped me not to vomit, but it s day three and I m still struggling to eat a cracker even without it upsetting my stomach. I m getting a reasonable amount of fluids I think. Aside from a headache and an intermittent fever of about 100.1f I don t have any other symptoms like diarrhea or anything. What do I have and when will it go away?
