What Causes Severe Nausea?

I have been feeling extremely nauseous for the past 3-4 days. It is worst in the evening/all through the night. I have very little nausea during the remainder of the day. I am not vomiting, but the nauseous feeling is definitely there. I have not yet missed my period but am wondering if it could be morning sickness??

Hi, I think if your periods are due in 3 to 4 days, you can wait till that time and do a pregnancy test if it doesn't come in time. If you had an unprotected intercourse 2 weeks ago, you can do a pregnancy test now also. Meanwhile you can take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. It can be due to gastritis also.
